Hello! My name is Lauren, and I have trained and cared for dogs of my own, as well as for my friends and family, for over 20 years. I am also experienced with cats and have had my own adopted cat for over 10 years. I am flexible in regards to scheduling, feeding, and other activities for your canine or feline companions! I will walk with your dog or drop in daily and spend quality time with your furry friend! I have experience working with both small and large pets with a variety of temperaments. I love animals so much that I used to volunteer rehabilitating rescued wildlife as well as abused and neglected horses. Personally, I am also vegan. Please make sure to read my availability section and let me know if you have any questions. I will be happy to answer them and am open to finding a solution that is a good fit for everyone! Generally, I always spend a few minutes welcoming your pet when I first arrive and assess their current state of mood and health. For cats, I then move to refreshing food and water. While your cat is eating, I typically take care of any bathroom needs (cleaning up accidents, changing cat liter, etc.) Once they are satisfied with a full belly, then we turn to play time and spend the last 15 minutes of a 30 minute drop in playing with toys or cuddling if your cat doesn't feel like playing that day! :) For dogs, I immediately let them out to go potty. Then, we focus on food and water. Afterwards, we have a bit of play time, followed by treats, and then a brief outing to go potty once more before locking up.

Did a great job, lots of pics of my little monsters, nobody ate a sofa, the house was still standing when I got back! 10/10 would highly recommend!
Lauren was extremely professional, detail oriented and our three dogs loved her! She even took the time to come and meet our dogs in advance to ensure she knew exactly how they needed to be cared for. She provided excellent communication to us as well! I highly recommend!

My daily and weekly routine is fairly flexible at this time, so I can easily accommodate a pet care schedule that works best for you! House sitting rates are for 24/7 care in your home.
