I’m a graduate student at the University of Tennessee, so my weekdays are generally busy with classes until noon. I’m typically available after that and have plenty of flexibility on weekends! My schedule can vary, but I’m happy to work with you to find a time that fits your pet’s needs. Feel free to reach out, even if you’re not sure my schedule will work, just ask!

A typical day
I love staying active and getting outside, so I’m always happy to take dogs on walks, play games, or keep energetic pets entertained and engaged! For pets who prefer a slower pace, I’m just as happy to spend time relaxing, giving plenty of love and attention, and keeping them company. 🐾 I’m happy to tailor activities to each pet’s personality and needs; whether that means a walk, a game of fetch, playtime, enrichment, or simply some couch time.

I have experience caring for pets of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s individual needs. I’ve lived with and cared for animals ranging from small pets to large dogs my entire life, including senior pets and those with special needs. While I’m not a professional trainer, I’m attentive, patient, and happy to provide whatever extra care your pet may need. Whether that means accommodating mobility limitations, administering routine care, cleaning up accidents, or simply providing some extra love and attention, I want every pet to feel safe and comfortable while they are in my care. 🐾❤️

Lauren is one of the most loving person of animals I know. She takes care of her own 3 cats with love and care, catering to all of their special needs. She is always on top of her cat’s health, be it vet visits, grooming, or dietary needs. She is never not talking about them, and loves sharing what the cats are up to in her home. Lauren will be an excellent pet caregiver of your fur babies.
I highly recommend Lauren as a pet sitter! She is absolutely wonderful with animals and has always been amazing with my pets. My dog is very selective about who she lets around her, and Lauren is the only person outside of my family that she is completely comfortable with. That alone says so much about how patient, caring, and trustworthy she is with animals. She is also great with my cat and has cats of her own, so she has a lot of personal experience caring for pets. She is very knowledgeable about animals and genuinely loves them. I would feel completely comfortable trusting her with my pets and know they would be in great hands. Anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced pet sitter would be lucky to have her!
Lauren has been caring for my animals for over 15yrs now. She has always been a responsible and affectionate caregiver to our multiple cats and now a dog! Heck, she has even cared for our other interesting animals along the way (Lizards, turtles, Axolotyl and a Flying Squirrel). She isn't afraid of the messy stuff and happy to help even if there are special needs.
Lauren is an amazing cat mom to three kitties, and it’s clear how much love, care, and attention she gives to each of them. She has a natural connection with animals and is the kind of person they seem to immediately feel comfortable and safe around. I’ve seen firsthand how caring, patient, and loving she is with her own pets, and I have no doubt she would provide that same level of compassion and care to anyone else’s pets. Lauren is responsible, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about animals, which makes her an excellent person to trust with your furry babies.
