I’m currently working part time with a flexible time schedule. I usually work 3 days in the weekday from 8am to 1:30pm so I’ll have lots of time to play and take care of your pets. I’m able to take your puppies on daily walks and I am free on the weekends as well.

I have a big fenced yard that your puppy can play, sniff, run, or potty in. I live with my older sister who works full time and also an animal lover. I have an indoor separation fence to keep the pups downstairs. There are no other animals in the house so your pup will be super safe being the king of the house!

Let me know if your dog is potty trained and if they potty outside or indoors. I have carpet floors in the second floor that I need to be careful about, but I have a fence that can fence off the stairs.
A typical day
I live just a couple houses away from a big park that I will take your dog to! I can play fetch and tug of war with your pup and give them treat toys. I will take your dog out on walks so they get their sniff time.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of the family dog for 10 years since she was a puppy and trained her (leash, potty and tricks including play dead). I’ve also fostered all kinds of dogs before, ranging from small puppies to big 85lbs lab mixes. I’m really patient and treat all dogs like I would my own. I’ve spent 4 months fostering a 3 month old kitten. I grew up horseback riding so I have a natural keen sense with animals, and all animals seem to like me.

I’m so happy to have found Lauren! She was incredibly kind, respectful, and so loving with my dog during the overnight stay. I instantly felt peace of mind knowing I was leaving my dog in such capable and patient hands. She made sure to follow my dog’s routine, including daily walks, which I truly appreciated. Lauren was a great Dog Sitter for Duke. She was very communicative and easy to coordinate with to do a meet and greet and learn about Duke leading up to dog sitting. We went away for a weekend. Our dog has only stayed at family members homes while we are away so this was the first time for him staying with someone he didn’t know. Lauren shared regular updates plenty of pictures and videos throughout the weekend. If something came up, she messaged with questions. She spent lots of time with loving on Duke and making sure he was comfortable and safe while we were away. I definitely recommend Lauren to others and would use her again in the future.
Yeti is a larger dog and is anxious/dog-reactive, but behaved really well with Lauren! She was great in communicating details and was confident in handling him. Yeti appeared relaxed and ready to lay down after the walk - thanks Lauren!
