I have been taking care of dogs, cats and all other kinds of pets for over 10 years. I have worked as a dog groomer for over 6 years. I also have experience with giving medications and shots to dogs and all other kinds or animals. Additionally I have experienced with special needs pets ranging from diabetic to paraplegic care needs. I have lots of personal experience with small animals, horses, reptiles, dogs, and cats. I have cared for animals young and old and I would love to help care for your pets! I also have a lot of experience taking care of many different types of house plants including orchids and other topical plants.

Lauren did a great job per usual!
Lauren was the best dog sitter that Snoopy could have asked for and we were lucky she was available on such short notice and willing to look after him for a little over a week. Snoopy is almost 15 years old and was recently seen by his cardiologist who prescribed him anti-nausea meds, tapering steroids for his cough, and an appetite stimulant for when he doesn’t want to eat. Snoopy also has had increasing incontinence issues and wears diapers while indoors. I needed to find someone to look after Snoopy while I traveled since his usual caretaker was not available, so I found Lauren on Rover and explained his health issues expecting that he might’ve been too much of a hassle. But Lauren was not fazed by any of Snoopy’s needs and immediately agreed to look after him. I went away on my trip with no concerns about his safety and Lauren periodically checked in with me to give me updates on Snoopy and sent me pictures to show me how well he was doing. I will definitely be booking with Lauren for my next trip – I even learned a few things from her about how to alleviate his coughing! We are very pleased with her outstanding quality of care!!

We were hesitant to leave our Nico with a sitter due to him recovering from an injury. But after reading her profile and seeing how knowledgeable and experienced she was, we had no doubt our Nico was in amazing hands. Lauren kept us updated with messages and pictures, allowing us complete peace of mind while we were away. She went above and beyond to make sure our anxious pup was comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly book again!
She saved me from missing a trip we had planned by taking our doggie in at the last minute. She was kind and easy to contact. She also sent many updates while our dog was there.
We boarded our dog with Lauren and she did a wonderful job taking care of him. She was easy to get ahold of and sent us occasional updates while we were away. Would use her again.

Schedule
I work from home and I am available all day to give love and attention to your pets. I work Monday-Friday and have plenty of time to provide potty breaks and play time.

I have a nice fenced in yard that has plenty of room for a dog to run around. I have two pet water fountains that are rinsed and refilled every day. I have a calm and quiet home that can be helpful for anxious or shy pets. I make sure that I spend plenty of quality time with your pet in your home so they feel comfortable. I love all kinds of pets, and I make sure all of them get the love and care they need.

A typical day
I love going on walks at warrior park, and Tehachapi mountain park when the weather is nice. I usually like to play with my dogs a few times a day and give them puzzle toys so they stay entertained.
