Cat Foster, all around animal lover
My family has had animals my entire life, particularly dogs and cats, but I have experience with birds, reptiles, and fish. I currently foster cats and one day want to get into dog rescue and training. I have fostered and found loving homes for five rescue kitties and am affiliated with Pause4Paws. I currently work full time in a primarily remote job but sometimes I am requried to go out to onsite appointments which can last anywhere from 2-8 hours Monday through Fridays. Please keep this in mind that some flexibility might be needed in regards to visit times if your pet needs to be let outside and/or takes medication requiring a specific schedule. I will do my best to accomodate all of your pets needs but unfortunately I cannot easily predict when work related needs or emergencies happen. I hope I am a good fit for your babes but I will never feel slighted or insulted if you need to put their needs first and go with someone else.

My cats and fosters are given free reign to about 90% of the house with only a few areas deemed off limits. They sleep with me in my bed and I pay them attention and play with them throughout the day in my home.

Lauren is very reliable and communicative!
Lauren did another excellent job with home visits to our two cats and our very elderly dog, Milo. She ran into some challenges with Milo taking his seizure medications and took the initiative to get two separate flavors of pill pockets. She was timely with the visits and responded very promptly to questions. We are very pleased.
Lauren is reliable and accommodating. Our cat Lukas was well cared-for while we were away and Lauren provided nice photos and brief notes about him so we knew he was OK. Lauren also brought in our mail and helped by keeping the litter boxes clean and bringing the dumpster to the curb on pick-up day. We would request her services again.
We have booked with Lauren 3 times and have always had a great experience!
Lauren did another great job visiting our elderly dog Milo who has health problems and our two cats. She improvised to help give Milo his medicine. We are very pleased and have already rebooked Lauren for later this month.

Schedule
I do work full time but on a job that is mostly remote these days, but I would make time to visit no less than two to three times a day, possibly more if desired and as my work allows. Sometimes work requires me to travel around the cities or even so far as Wisconsin to attend to onsite appointments, so I can be out of the house for 8 hours or more. I do my best to plan around high intensity days like that. Currently with my cats and my fosters I get up at approximately 6AM each day for breakfast and dinner is at 6PM, and litterboxes are checked and cleaned at least once per day.
