A typical day in my care is calm, consistent, and tailored to your pet’s routine. I follow their usual schedule—walks, meals, meds, playtime, or just cozy company. For active pups, I’m happy to head out for a hike or beach walk. For chill pets, we’ll keep it relaxed and familiar. You’ll get regular updates, and your pet will get the love and attention they’re used to—maybe even a little extra!

Need a sitter you can trust? I’m your person. I’m looking to connect with more great pets and their people! I’ve been pet sitting for over 18 years and have had animals of my own since childhood. I genuinely love befriending pets and giving them the consistency, attention, and comfort they deserve while their people are away. I’ve cared for all types of pets and farm animals and am happy to adapt to whatever each one needs. Medications, special diets, anxious pets, specific routines, or a dog who thinks every walk should be an expedition? I’m on it. While I’m newer to Rover, I’m definitely not new to pet sitting. Most of my experience has been through word of mouth and repeat clients who trust me with their animals. I have great reviews, and many of my happiest clients have simply shared my name with others looking for a sitter. I’m also a pediatric Occupational Therapist, so being attentive, responsible, and adaptable is very much part of who I am. I take just as much pride in leaving homes spotless and well cared for as I do in caring for the pets. I’m dependable, communicative, and easygoing. I’ll follow your instructions, keep you updated while you’re away, and make sure your pets get the care and companionship they’re used to. Beach walks, hikes, fetch, couch cuddles—or respectfully sitting across the room while your cat decides whether I’ve earned their trust—I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. Reliable care, a cared-for home, and peace of mind while you’re away.

Our dogs loved Lauren, and we heartily approved of her performance in all respects as well. Lauren was responsible, caring, and communicative. She answered our initial request in a timely fashion and communicated promptly and appropriately thereafter as regards scheduling. She updated us twice a day with photos of our dogs. Our house was in excellent condition on our return. We recommend her and would ask for her assistance when we next travel.
Lauren was fantastic—our dogs loved her, and we felt totally at ease leaving both them and our home in her care. She was on time, communicative, and kept everything running smoothly while we were away. Came home to happy pups and a spotless house. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!
