Hey! My name is Lauren, an early-30s PhD student (I study whales) living in Davenport. I love getting outside and spending time with furry friends, but also running, hiking, surfing, and sailing. I grew up with all sorts of animals - a beautiful black lab, several cats, a bearded dragon, guinea pig, hamster...my family loves pets! I adopted a sweet little chihuahua mix, Meli, in May 2022. She's the best! I would love to help you care for your pets and make your life a little bit easier. I make sure to tailor the petsitting/dog walking experience to what your pet needs and his or her personality, because it's never one size fits all. Need to head to the park to play fetch? Let's go! Want to nap on the rug? That's fine! I'm attentive, punctual, friendly, and trustworthy. I love sending pictures to keep you informed and will keep an open line of communication. Pets are like family in my home! And I treat your home like a visitor. Always tidy, clean, and respectful. Making a pet feel at home is key.

My dog doesn’t do change very well. Lauren worked with Buddy to calm him naturally and it not only made him feel safe, but for me to trust he would be ok. She adapted to changes to the scheduled stay and exceed my expectations for going with the flow. She was over generous with her time (10 hours) and didn’t suggest we paid her more. Of course I did but it was my choice. For the first time working with Lauren I give 5 out of 5 stars. I definitely would request her services again. Thank you Lauren

I have a fenced yard and live in a little studio. It’s a pretty dog safe place! Very cozy and like a little AirBnB for your pup.

A typical day
Walking by the waterfront, potential beach dates, lots of belly rubs, move nights, even jogs if your dog likes to run! I’m very active and love to take pups along.
