I am an avid animal lover raised on a small farm with experience owning/caring for dogs, cats, horses, ferrets, bunnies, and chickens. When I came to UF for college, I missed my furry friends and turned to fostering and pet sitting. I have fostered more than 100 felines aged 1 day-10 years and 25 pups aged 4 weeks-14 years. I have experience managing health conditions such as upper respiratory infections, deafness, blindness, arthritis, diabetes, and cancer. Allow me to provide safe and loving care for your beloved baby. <3

Tilly had a wonderful weekend stay with Lauren! The minute I met her she was warm, and willing to accommodate Tilly‘s needs knowing she’s a cuddle bug and loves one on one time. I was able to communicate with her throughout Tilly’s stay with her and I loved receiving updates and pictures daily. Lauren is a great caregiver! She took care of my senior cat Zelda for a couple nights and was even able to administer medication for her. She was very friendly and I would book her services again!

Schedule
I work part time as a caretaker for young children with flexible hours. I am available weekdays and weekends so no matter your schedule, I can be of assistance!

I have a fenced in yard for dogs and a spare bedroom with cat trees, toys, and a large window for kitties. I will always prioritize safety of the animals and communication so that you can rest assured their needs are being properly met.

A typical day
Some fun activities are scent-led walks, playing fetch or tug of war with a favorite toy, and of course, lots of snuggles. Every pet is different so I will tailor activities to their preference.
