We are a family of four that loves dogs. My husband and I have had dogs for most of our lives. We have two small dogs of our own that are crate trained (Bentley and Layla). Our 14 year old son is very active in walking our dogs and has been helping out a number of neighbors over the years with both dog walking and sitting. Our yard is extremely large and our home is in a culdesac that has very little road traffic. Our neighborhood has small parks nearby and is a very safe neighborhood. Your dog will be in good hands with a dog loving family.

Our 2 golden retrievers, Buck & Chloe, had a wonderful day romping at Lauren's house. I was able to drop them off at 6:30 AM where Lauren greeted us in front of her home. We received several photos/videos during the day which made us very comfortable that our dogs were being well cared for and were having a great time. Pick up was similarly simple and efficient and our dogs must have enjoyed more than their normal activity because they were pretty tired that evening. When the need again arises to have someone watch our "kids", I'll definitely call on Lauren first and I wholeheartedly recommend her to you!
Lauren was the best! Great communicator, lots of sweet updates and a natural with dogs. My dog Pablo seemed very relaxed and happy in her home. Highly recommend!
Lauren has a wonderful yard for dogs. If your dog is crate trained, this is the place for you. Lauren sends multiple updates throughout the stay and we really appreciated it!
Lauren is amazing! She plays with the dogs, has other pups for our dog to run around with and a great backyard for play! She cared for Finn and sent lots of fun updates and photos. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I am a family photographer and occasionally shoot in the afternoons. I mainly work from home editing and taking care of our house and pets. My husband works from home and our oldest son is homeschooled so someone is almost always home to monitor and care for the dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fenced backyard. Our home is very comfortable and gets a fresh coastal breeze. We do have AC units in the house, if for some reason there is no air flow. We also have dog beds, crates and gates when needed. Your dog will be treated like one of the family with us.
Pets
A typical day
We generally do walks early in the morning. Our house is up around 6:30am and we do a rotation walking the dogs. We'll play in the backyard with high-energy pets and throw some balls, etc.
