As a dog owner myself, I take the needs of my animals seriously and I understand they can be very particular about their needs. I follow instructions carefully about how to care for your pet, and any medication schedules, dietary restrictions, or behavior modification tactics will be respected. I will be sure to care for your pet as well as I care for mine.

Please let me know if any medication routines, allergies, feeding schedules, house rules, favorite or least favorite activities, or behavioral issues or quirks that will need to be addressed during my visit. I’m familiar with animals that are maybe more timid than others, or those who need daily medications. I am able to adjust accordingly to your pet’s needs with advance notice of how best to respond to them.
A typical day
I love play time as both a bonding activity and a way to expel pent up energy. I’m more than willing to let your dog show me their favorite spots to sniff and explore on a walk, and curl up in the house to relax and get some belly rubs.

I was born and raised around dogs, so not only do I have a soft spot for them, but I understand their nature and behavior well. I have a special place in my heart for senior and special needs pets, with about 10 years now of experience with anxious dogs as well as those with disabilities. I currently live with and help care for 3 dogs and have experience owning and caring for dogs of both small and large varieties. While I have never owned any cats, I love feline friends as well, and have some personal experience with rabbits, hamsters, birds, and fish. Any animal is a friend!
