Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. During walks, I carefully check that all leashes, harnesses, or collars are secure and only use equipment approved by you. I stay alert at all times, avoiding traffic, hazards, and stressful situations, and I tailor each walk to your dog’s age, energy level, and the weather. Dogs are walked individually or only with approved companions, and off-leash time is never allowed unless you have given clear permission. During drop-in visits, I make sure all doors, gates, and fences are secure, follow feeding, medication, and care instructions exactly as provided, check water, temperature, and overall wellbeing, and spend quality time offering attention, reassurance, and lots of love. I treat every dog as if they were my own and keep owners updated so you can feel confident your dog is safe and well cared for at all times.

A typical day
I love to provide attentive, engaging care that keeps your dog both mentally and physically stimulated while you are away. Each visit would include a balance of exercise and enrichment such as adventure walks with new routes and fresh smells, play sessions, puzzle feeding and also calm activities like brushing and relaxation time. I tailor every activity to your dogs age, energy level and personality. My goal is to ensure your dogs is happy stimulated and comfortable.

Pet care experience
Animals are truly my passion, and caring for them is what I love most. I hold a Level 3 Animal Care qualification and am currently completing a Level 3 Dog Grooming qualification, giving me strong knowledge of animal health, behaviour, and welfare. I share my life with two dogs who could not be more different—a rescue German Wire-Haired Pointer mix who can be nervous, and a KC-registered Beagle who is extremely confident. Caring for dogs with very different personalities has given me valuable experience in understanding individual needs, behaviour, and anxiety, and treating each pet with patience and compassion. I have experience caring for senior dogs, puppies, and dogs requiring extra attention. I have also worked at a luxury boarding kennels and volunteered at a veterinary clinic, which has strengthened my skills in safe handling, routine care, and recognising when an animal may need extra support. I offer dog walking and pet sitting because I find caring for animals incredibly rewarding. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

Lauren has been walking my dog Mabel for years. She is very responsible at the job as she picks up Mabel from my house, having all the safety measures in her car like a dog seatbelt. Also drops Mabel off, giving her a good one hour walk around the chase. She is a polite and reliable person who i would recommend to all my friends and family
Lauren is such a lovely, polite and professional women. You can tell from speaking to her that she knows her stuff regarding the ins and out of looking after our fur baby’s. She has thought deeply on the terms and conditions of contract, making us at ease knowing everything is covered from that side. Lauren is also amazing with our dogs, talking to them and treating them exactly as I would! We went through the list of such as feeding times, how to put harnesses on, walk routes act, throughout throughly! The boys absolutely loved her! Would highly recommend.
Lauren's biggest passion is dogs, and is happiest with four paws & a wagging tail beside her. She is professional & super organised animal carer, that clealy communicates. Her clear approach, especially in difficult situations is reassuring & is confident building, giving a bond with her dog companions. Laurens patient approach, has helped develop her own rescue pup, Mollie, an adolescent who is making real progress with her own challenges especially with, traffic, birds, squirrels & worst of all bikes. This Continuing development is paying off making these walking adventures fun & rewarding.
Lauren has been an absolutely wonderful dog walker and pet sitter. She is reliable, caring, and truly loves animals, which shows in everything she does. Our dogs are always happy, relaxed, and well cared for when they’re with her. She’s great at following instructions, keeps us updated, and goes the extra mile to make sure our pets feel safe and comfortable.
