Lauren was an absolute lifesaver, taking care of my senior dog, Bowie, when I had a last minute work trip. As a first-time dog owner using an in-home sitter, I was a bit nervous, and Lauren made me feel super comfortable from the initial booking and meet-n-greet all the way until when I returned home from my trip. Lauren carefully managed Bowie's mobility issues, incontinence, and anxiety, providing him with love and attention. She sent me numerous updates throughout the day, including photos and videos of Bowie playing and going for walks. Her excellent communication skills kept me informed every step of the way, alleviating any worries I may have had being so far from home. Lauren also took meticulous care of my home, leaving it spotless and even laundering my sheets and Bowie's bed. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone seeking an attentive and warm pet sitter. She truly cares about the animals in her charge. Thank you, Lauren, for taking special care of Bowie and giving me peace of mind while I was away!
Lauren house/dog sat recently for our two dogs for four nights and was fabulous! Our pups loved Lauren, and she was a delight to work with. Lauren is so conscientious, responsible, flexible, and communicative. She kept us updated each day with texts and a photo which gave us such ease of mind while we are away. And when we got back, the house was immaculate. We would book Lauren again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her. She is a gem.
