I grew up with dogs and have had them my whole life, so I am very comfortable with all types of dogs, from puppy to senior, and have completed ample behavioral dog trainings over the course of 2 years with my personal dog (Puppy 1 & 2 - twelve week training course + a year long private training 1x/wk). I also used to volunteer as a dog walker at the SPCA so have walked dogs of all sizes I lived with cats for a few years with my family and adore them! I’ve lived with both young and senior cats.

I treat each pet like my personal child. I will treat them like my own dog and always make sure they are in a safe space, avoid other dogs on walks (this is to ensure safety on walks as you never know how another dog will react) and follow all instructions you leave me. If the dog is a cuddler and loves belly rubs, I will also make sure to give them lots of love and belly rubs while they are with me! If they like to keep more to themselves, that’s okay too and I will respect their space ☺️

Lauren has had dogs her entire life coming from a household of multiple animals. From puppy stage to adults. She is the most caring and careful dog parent you will find. I have three dogs myself. M-F, I can do morning walks starting up until 9:45, and evening walks starting at 7pm, possibly earlier depending how close you are to me. I prefer times for drops ins and walks that are no earlier than 7:30 am and no later than 9 pm, but can take on a case by case basis, and would be open to earlier/late night for repeat customers. I work from home so can provide doggy day care from my apartment, no yard, but a mid day walk and attention throughout day. I’m also open to house sitting during the day (no sleepovers), as I can work from anywhere so can stay at your house during the workday and take your dog out at multiple intervals/give company (helpful for the 2-3 week puppy potty training who needs to go out once every hour). House sitting during day rate: $40 with 3 walks/day. Or for a puppy every 1-2 hrs, $60/day.
