How lucky we are to have dogs in our world! Hi everyone, I'm Lauren, lover of all animals; especially big dogs who have no concept of their actual size. So what led you to Rover? Are you on call at work? Or are you like me and you love to travel but unfortunately the airline industry has yet to accommodate seats for our four legged companions. That's where I come in! Happy help and eager to meet you. A bit about myself: Pets -I have a 9 year old male German Shorthaired Pointer named Boone. I grew up with a Weimaraner (it's safe to say I love big dogs). Boone is incredibly active and also sweet as can be. He loves making new friends every chance gets. Schedule -I own my own company and work from home. My schedule for your pups would be 24 hours and have access to me day and night. I started working as a dog sitter because I understand how stressful it and guilty it can feel working in the city and knowing that there is a someone waiting at home for you all day and night. These wonderful creatures are loyal to a fault and no one should have to feel bad staying late at work while their pets are at home; hey we work to give them better lives, right?! Emergency? -Prior to our stay I will need you provide you emergency contact for your veterinary information. I'll also need a printed out schedule of your pets medication and known allergies. Puppy Playdate! -For overnight stays I require us to have a meet and greet or what I like to call a "puppy playdate." It's important for your dog to be happy and comfortable with both my pup and me. We can arrange a time around your schedule, as mine is flexible. A fenced in dog park is the only thing that I require for our date! I have a fenced in backyard and I live 5 minutes walking distances from a fenced in dog park.
