I work a full time job only seven minutes from my home. My job is incredibly flexible and understanding of my need to let animals out or even leave work early for pet care!

I have a balcony that animals can hang out on and a large grassy field that I take animals for walks on. I always keep them leashed. If I want them to be unleashed, I can take them to the local dog park five minutes from my house! I am comfortable with animals on furniture and sleeping in bed with me. I have access to my own crate if the animal is crate trained.

I’ve had animals in every corner of my life, throughout my whole life! I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats all with various needs such as medications, appointments, and mobile assistance. I have also volunteered with Wisconsin WildCare and local humane societies. I am a passionate & fearless animal advocate with speed dial access to a large animal vet and a retired DNR officer. I will treat your pet as my own whether it’s in my home or your home.

Lauren is always our go-to kitty/home sitter whenever we are in need of a caregiver. She is extremely reliable, responsive, respectful of our home. We have had her provide care for a weekend, and up to a month at a time. She truly loves our kitty boys & sends photos & updates of their daily routine. She is confident, proficient, and compassionate when administering their daily medication. I have full confidence in Lauren & her professionalism.
Lauren has been a cat and house sitter for us on several occasions and has done a wonderful job! She cares for our kitties while playing with them and making sure they are fed and litter boxes are cleaned. We feel so much more comfortable when we travel when Lauren is around. Lauren has been a dog sitter (and house sitter) for us and our beloved dog, Teddy, for the past year...or maybe two? I cannot recommend her highly enough. She's professional, responsible, and delightful. We love her, and so does Teddy. He's a 4-year-old mini goldendoodle with a lot of energy. She sends us pictures of him when we're on vacation (proof of life :-) takes him on long walks, and gives him fun adventures. We've all grown very fond of her, as I'm sure anyone would. Our dog and our home are safe, sound, and secure in Lauren's hands. I'm so glad she was recommended to us, and that it worked out, because I've learned that she's a very popular and busy dog sitter. I'm older (65), and Lauren is younger (I'm not exactly sure of her age), but I can tell you she's the kind of young person who gives me faith in humanity's future.
Leaving our dog in the care of Lauren made travel so much easier. We came home to a happy relaxed dog who had been in her own environment and kept her regular schedule while we were gone. Lauren is the whole package for your pup, she keeps them exercised, socialized, and loved while you are away.
