Dog Lover
We absolutely love dogs and can’t wait to meet your pup! Our own dog, Wally, is a 60-pound Plott Hound rescue who’s super friendly and loves playing with both dogs and cats. He’s always excited to make new friends. When we’re around, we’ll have them out and about with us—unless they need a little quiet time. Our fenced backyard is perfect for safe playtime, and we enjoy taking dogs for evening walks to help them burn off some energy. While we’re at work during the day, we prefer dogs who are crate trained, and we can provide potty breaks every 4–8 hours on weekdays and more often on weekends. We’ll treat your dog like part of our family, giving them plenty of love, attention, and care while you’re away!

Lauren & Cannon were awesome dog sitters! They are patient, calm, & kind. My dogs must have picked up on those vibes b/c they RAN into the house, tails wagging, the minute we got there. L&C were great communicators & sent pics & updates over the weekend. Their dog, Wally, was really cool & my dogs loved him. I would 100% recommend these Rovers and will definitely use them again in the future!

Lauren was fantastic with Bigs ! Bigs is a 3 year old German shorthair with tons of energy. She let him run around her backyard and he had a great time playing with her dog! She was also very accommodating during pick up and Bigs had a great time. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a safe place to board! She also gave me updates while I was away and I really appreciated that!

Schedule
Pet care is woven into our everyday life with Wally. We both work full time during the week, but our schedule is pet-friendly. I work from home on Thursday’s and we can come home at lunch on other days for a potty break and quick check-in. Evenings and weekends are devoted to extra attention, playtime, and plenty of snuggles.

A typical day
Morning begins with a backyard potty break and breakfast before we head to work. Evenings are spent outside with Wally either on a walk or in the backyard. Weekends bring even more time for outdoor fun and attention.
