What sets me apart is my combination of hands on experience and genuine love for animals. I’m 24 and recently graduated college, and I’ve been caring for pets for years, starting with multiple dogs growing up and continuing through college while working with Rover. That experience has given me the opportunity to work with pets of all ages, from energetic puppies who need structure and patience, to senior dogs who require a gentler, more attentive approach. I’m very comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Whether it’s helping reinforce basic training with a puppy, keeping an active dog engaged, or providing calm, consistent care for older pets, I focus on what each animal needs to feel safe and happy. Beyond experience, I truly enjoy the companionship animals bring. I treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and personalized care while you’re away.

Lauren was great with our Scout. 🩷 We got pictures & updates throughout our 8 day trip.. The yard is fenced, so Scout got to play outside also. Lauren also took Scout for walks. We will definitely be using Lauren again!!
Lily was so happy, and so exhausted when I picked her up from all the fun she had. I would definitely use Lauren again. She communicated with me and sent pictures and videos. I wasn't worried about my Lily once while I was away.
Lauren took good care of our 11 year old Toy Aussie. He was happy and tired when I picked him up. It was nice to have someone that was with him during the day instead of worrying about him being locked in a kennel at a boarding facility. Lauren was very sweet and flexible, and we would recommend her to others.

I am a student at St. Edwards University and have minimal classes due to graduating soon so I have ample time to tend to your pets and take care of all their needs.

I have a spacious apartment to myself with plenty of open fields for the dog to play on and trails that we can adventure through as well!
A typical day
I love making sure every pet has a fun, engaging, and comfortable experience while their owner is away. Depending on the pet’s personality and energy level, I enjoy activities like long walks, playtime with their favorite toys, and interactive games that keep them mentally stimulated. For more active dogs, I’m happy to go on hikes, play fetch, or have outdoor adventures. For more relaxed pets, I focus on gentle play, cuddles, and keeping their routine consistent so they feel safe and happy. I also love incorporating enrichment activities like puzzle toys or basic training games to keep them engaged. Most importantly, I tailor everything to each pet’s needs so they feel loved, entertained, and well cared for.
