I try to keep your pet on the routine they are used to. Eat at a certain time, potty breaks, walks. What's best for them. If they come with me and you're ok with it they can play with other dogs and get some energy out. I always give a complementarity bath before your return on multiple night stays or if they get into something!

A typical day
During the day Wed through Saturday they would come with me to work. Hang with dogs and play if they get along. Big yard to play in, I have tie outs for now and are always out with them, with all sorts of smells to tire out! Walks if that's what they are used to.
