Small but strong
I have taken care of dogs my whole life but helped my family run a dog rescue for many many years. I worked as a grooming assistant, a part time (non-professional) trainer and have experience with puppies, adults, seniors, dogs that are super friendly, and dogs that are not so friendly. I have worked with animals that are super anxious as well I am a stay at home mom with 1 dog of my own. I am home most of the time and if I do leave it’s only for short amounts of time, there is typically someone home almost all of the time. I have a super friendly, playful basset hound. I don’t have a fenced in yard but plenty of yard space to be walked and a tie out. I am able to crate your dog if necessary and have space to separate dogs if needed.

I highly recommend Lauren and Brian. They helped us out tremendously taking in a family members pups when they unexpectedly needed a place to stay for a week. We got updates with photos everyday, and Lauren even gave them a bath the day before pickup to make sure they were fresh and clean for us. It was clear that they were well taken care of, and their effort to keep us informed was really appreciated.
Lauren's family is top notch for dog sitting. Right away I felt at ease leaving our pup Olive, with Lauren and Brian. Lauren has a way with dogs, she is knowledgeable and has a caring demeanor about her. I loved the fact that my dog was able to have some extra exposure to children (as I do not have any), so this was a bonus for us. The environment was comfortable and cozy, Olive being a shy, timid soul felt right at home in no time! :)

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom and if I have to leave there is usually someone here. If I were to have to leave for any reason with no one else here it is not for very long.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a tie out (but usually with dogs that are not mine, I typically walk them in the yard on a leash. I have a crate that I can crate up a dog if they feel better in one.
Pets
A typical day
Dogs are free to roam throughout the house and we go outside several times a day. I have two other dogs who love to play and have a bucket full of dog toys free for the dogs to grab on their own.
