A typical day
I love to stimulate your dog physically and mentally. I have a great neighborhood for walks and I live near Gibson Pond Park and Virginia Hilton Park which are Lexington has great places for walks! Or we can just hang out outside and play fetch!!! My neighborhood is very dog friendly and a great place for walks too!!! And, of course, they will get lots of love and cuddles!

Pet care experience
I am an animal lover and a past pet owner of two dogs into their senior years. My husband and I waited 7 years before making a decision to adopt a dog. It was the best decision we have ever made! We now have Gabriel, a two year old Staffordshire Terrier that my husband and I adopted through the Lexington Animal Shelter. He is the most loving and loyal dog we have ever had! Rover has opened an opportunity to still have other pets as part of my life too! You can count on me to provide the best all around care for your dog. I have been enjoying my retirement for 6 years, so I have “ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD” to nurture, protect and spoil your pet. I have a fenced yard full of running space and a beautiful sunroom with large floor to ceiling windows for your dog to enjoy the backyard scenery! I am also certified in first aid and CPR for dogs and cats.

Lauren and her husband took excellent care of our senior girl Casta. We were a little worried about the complicated feeding instructions and medications schedule, but it was taken care of perfectly. I am so glad to have found such an experienced dog care giver. I am quite sure that Casta would love to go back for another stay. Lauren will be the first person I contact when I need a dog sitter.
Lauren took excellent care of Skittles. She sent lots of pictures and videos and kept us regularly updated. Will use her again.

Lauren and her husband were absolutely amazing with my girl, Zoe. Moving here from NY and not knowing anyone to trust with my baby, I was filled with anxiety when a family vacation came up. I found Lauren and was blown away with her reviews. Lauren was reassuring that not only would Zoe be ok but that I would be ok when I was away on vacation . Lauren sent so many videos and pictures of Zoe playing and enjoying their fenced in backyard. I felt like my dog was with someone who loved and cared for her as much as I do. Lauren is part of Zoe’s life now and I’m so thankful for her taking such good care of her. There’s no one else I would want Zoe to be with then Lauren and her husband.
