Lauren has been our go to person whenever we need to travel out of austin for work and are looking for a place for Jaanu. Jaanu always has a good time with her and her two cute pups. She’s the best! 100% would recommend.
We had a great experience with Lauren! She took wonderful care of Henrietta and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear Henrietta was well cared for, happy, and comfortable. Lauren & Kenneth are truly the dream team of dog sitters! 🐾 They took the most incredible care of my big floofy girl, Luna, and loved her as if she were their own. From the moment we dropped her off, I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such kind, attentive hands. They kept in touch the entire time, sending multiple pictures and videos throughout the day, which made being away from her so much easier. Seeing Luna happy, comfortable, and clearly adored meant everything to us. What really went above and beyond was their flexibility and kindness when our flight was delayed. They stayed up extra late so we could pick up our floofy baby the same night we arrived, something we appreciated more than they could probably imagine. If you’re looking for sitters who are warm, communicative, dependable, and genuinely love animals, Lauren & Kenneth are absolute gems. Luna can’t wait for her next stay, and neither can we! 💕🐶
