Hi, hello, shalom! My name is Lauren and I love animals. I won’t fluff anything here as I’m known to be a yapper—whether that’s with humans or animals. I’ve been pet sitting since I was young but created this account back in 2018 when I was interning in NYC as a secondary means of income. Then the timeline jumped 7 years to 2025, where I was working in collegiate women’s basketball for that time. I’ve since left that space and actually get to enjoy my weekends and holidays! As for the animals, I will treat them like royalty, follow any instructions for giving the best care and will consistently talk to them in a voice that is slightly embarrassing but full of love—the kind of voice usually reserved for babies and reality TV finales. I know that each pet has their quirks and comforts. Whether it’s long walks, playtime zoomies, belly rubs, or just hanging out on the couch, I tailor the day to what makes your pet happiest. I’m big on safety (leashes, gates checked, meds given correctly) and I’ll keep you updated with photos and little stories so you never feel out of the loop. If you have a Ring camera (or anything of the sort), you’ll most likely get a vlog post out of the day as I make sure your pet is seen and they also give you updates on their own words🐾 I’m here to walk the walk, talk the baby talk, and hand out treats like Oprah!

Safety, trust & environment
Pets are treated like family—with plenty of love, a safe environment, and space to relax or play depending on their needs. I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to, from mealtimes to walks, and always make sure they get attention, exercise, and comfort. When I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to keep pets on their normal schedule. I make sure they feel safe and cared for, give them lots of affection, and provide updates so you know your best friend is happy and in good hands.

Lauren is the best dog sitter we’ve had yet and will continue to book with her anytime we are out of town. She stays at our house while treating our two girls like queens with walks, pets, treats, and love. The house was immaculate and she really went above and beyond to treat it like her own. It was also one of our dogs birthday and she bought her a birthday dog treat, as well as printing cute little pictures of them which I hung on our fridge. Thank you so much Lauren, Gia and India can’t wait to see you again!
Lauren has watched my pup for me several times and is always my first choice whenever I am away. She takes excellent care of him and he is always ecstatic when she comes to visit.
Lauren has watched my pup (Max) quite a few times, we both love her! Polite and friendly. I can always count on Lauren to send me a a picture (or two) of Max during the day - she's the best.

Schedule
Pet care never feels like a chore, it feels like joy. I’m intentional about scheduling so that I can give each pet the time and focus they deserve. Caring for animals brings me just as much comfort and happiness as I give them.
