Hi! I’m Lauren — a lifelong animal lover with decades of hands-on pet care experience. I grew up in a home that always had dogs (usually three!), and I started dog-sitting back in college in the early 2000s. One of my favorite long-term clients had a huge white German Shepherd who growled at everyone. By evening on day one, he was upside down in my lap, getting a belly rub! I had two beloved dogs of my own for 15 years, and now that I have two young kids (and no current pets), I’m looking to share my love with your furry (or scaly!) family member. Whether it’s walks, belly rubs, or snuggle time, I’ll treat your pet like my own. Dogs, cats, snakes, bunnies — you name it, I love them all. 💛 If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about animals, I’d love to help care for your pet while you’re away!

Lauren and her family were absolutely wonderful with Cooper! They were so friendly and sweet with my boy, followed all of his care instructions, and made sure he got plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I could tell from how happy and relaxed Cooper was that he had a great time. I’m so grateful to have found such a kind and caring family to look after him. I would absolutely rebook them!

Lauren, Bechir and the kids were awesome! They treated our pup Koda like family during his stay with them. Normally he is a very anxious dog who has a difficult time eating, sleeping and going potty while we are away, but this was not the case while he was with Lauren and her family. Lauren did a great job of updating us and sending us photos while we were away, which really helped to put our mind at ease knowing that he was having fun! We will definitely be contacting them again next time we need a pet sitter!

Schedule
We’re a family of four, and your pets will never be left alone for long—my husband works from home and provides a calm, quiet environment with plenty of companionship, cuddles, and walks throughout the day. I handle all feeding and any medications, so you can feel confident your pet’s routine will be followed carefully. We love making animals feel safe, relaxed, and right at home while you’re away! 🐾💛

We have a safe, fenced-in front yard that's great for larger dogs to get some playtime and fresh air. Inside, your pet will be treated like part of the family — couches are fair game (as long as you’re cool with it!), and my whole family will be happy to shower your pet with love, snuggles, and attention.
A typical day
When we are with your pet, it’s all about making them feel happy, loved, and entertained. We’ll play catch, go for walks, and if your pup knows any tricks, I’m happy to help them practice. Expect plenty of belly rubs, petting, gentle massage, and lots of cuddle time! Whether they’re high-energy or more of a couch potato, I’ll match their vibe and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you're away.

Pee pad? 🐾 Walk & Exercise Preferences – Do they enjoy long walks, short strolls, or backyard play? 🐾 Favorite Activities & Toys – What do they love? What should I avoid? 🐾 Personality & Behavior – Are they shy, social, high-energy, or more chill? Any fears (like thunder or skateboards)? How do they react to other dogs? 🐾 Commands or Tricks They Know – I’m happy to practice commands with them! 🐾 Medical Info – Any meds, chronic conditions, or emergency vet contacts? 🐾 House Rules – Are pets allowed on furniture? Any off-limits rooms or routines you’d like me to follow? 🐾 Socialization Needs – Are they okay seeing other dogs or people on walks? 🐾 Contact Info & Emergency Plan – Just in case!
