I'll love your pets!
I've taken care of cats and dogs of many kinds throughout the years, old and young (the oldies have my heart always). Currently my family has one golden retriever who I love more than anything. I'm very used to daily care for pets, including special care like mixed foods or medicines. Currently I'm living without pets, and I have room for animals in my life! I always provide pictures and updates, and am frequently in communication unless otherwise requested. I’m here to make being apart from your pet as easy and stress free as possible. I care for each one like they are my own.

Lauren did an amazing job with my dog, Shalom. She is very reliable and has a calm energy and home. I received many updates and photos during the stay and I felt very comfy leaving my dog in her care! Already booked for another staty! Would recommend.
Lauren is incredible. Our guy is always so excited to see her— we feel like he is on vacation while we are on our actual vacation. Lauren sends the best updates, photos, videos. She is a genuine, joyful human being & we feel so grateful to have found her.
Lauren has been wonderful with Kona. Great communication with frequent updates/pictures. She provided extra TLC when my pup was scared, and was very accommodating on pick up time when my flight got delayed. She also had no issues with medication administration (pills/injection). Will be using in the future and highly recommend :)

Schedule
My schedule is wide open at the moment! Depending on my availability I can make short notice work, and I am willing to work with your schedule and begin or end days quite early or late as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
There are no hazards or risks (or other animals) in my home, and depending on the case it will be made *extra* pet proof. Depending on your pets comfort levels we can avoid the car or use it. My apartment complex has only a small bit of green space in it, but there is plenty of grass around the neighborhood and many parks nearby. I don’t go to dog parks, and when walking at parks it’s always on lead. For off leash time I will occasionally use the fenced in backyards of family members. I do not leave dogs alone anywhere other than my apartment (and it is kept to a minimum). In all cases where I’m uncertain of something, like travel, interaction with another pet, etc, I will ask you and confirm it’s ok!
A typical day
Playing with your dogs is my favorite part of this! Aside from frequent cuddles, I love to take dogs on adventures to the park and walks by the beach. I am used to walking my dogs every several hours and keeping an eye on restlessness. I frequent balboa park, liberty station fields, and Kate sessions.
