Senior dog and special needs pro
I’m the ultimate dog lover! Every shape, size, personality.. I want them all! I have learned so much over a lifetime spent with pups. I’ve had many dogs (the biggest to the littles) and have been a dog mom for 20. I started fostering after my little one passed and now dog sit for pleasure 😸. When a pup comes to visit we play, explore and relax. They feel at home quickly and for those who have a harder time getting adjusted we have a peaceful setting and relaxing music to ensure maximum comfort 🐶 my home is an extension of their homes and they are free to explore at their own pace. 🙂 I am highly experienced at giving meds and diligently watching seniors who are prone to injuries or in very delicate situations.

Lauren was so awesome with my senior pup! She understood the needs that he has and listened to my instructions for him so well! My dog had anxiety being away from me for the first time and was even a bit mean to her, but Lauren made every consideration to make him comfortable. Within the very first day he was alright, and that means a lot! Will definitely be leaving him with Lauren again in the future.
Lauren was AMAZING! This was my first time leaving my fur child and Lauren made me so comfortable about it. She also let my dog warm up to her at her own pace and Lauren even put on lavender oil to help her relax. Overall a great experience and will use Lauren again if ever in San Antonio!

Schedule
I work from home and can tend to your pup at a moment’s notice. They will have the run of the house as I guide them from my workstation or couch while listening to music. We take walks and have a relaxing day for the most part!

I start by giving them some space to feel comfortable and take their lead with safety in mind. See what makes them Comfortable or uncomfortable and give them the space to be at peace, if that means playing, cuddling, taking their space. I have an entire home for them to explore and relax in without having to worry.

Pups will enjoy soothing music, calm lighting and their own space on the couch. Walks happen every few hours and plenty of supervised backyard visits
