Lauren works full-time from home, so is available for longer morning walks, potty breaks and short walks throughout the day as required. Tom also works from home at least twice a week and is available for longer walks in the evenings and at weekends. Working from home means we're also available for ad hoc cuddles and attention when needed.

We have a fenced garden with lawn for potty breaks. We live on a quiet estate with easy access to walking paths/bridleways for longer strolls. There are no children or other pets in the home. We are flexible and will do our best to provide the same comforts your pet is accustomed to at home.

Please let us know if your pet has any special needs or behaviours we should be aware of. We'll rely on your instructions for their typical day, feeding/walking/meds timings, etc. We don't have children or other pets in the house, but will likely encounter them on walks, so will need to know how well socialised your dog is. Our house has 2 flights of stairs, but our kitchen/diner is on the ground level and is warm and comfortable if your senior pet is unable to climb stairs.

We don't currently have any pets, so will let your pet set the pace while staying with us. For dogs, we are close to paths and fields, including some small woods, which are great for exploring and having a good sniff. We're also happy to communicate and provide regular updates/photos of your pet while you're away.

Hello, we're Lauren and Tom, both in our 40s, lovers of pets and all wildlife. We both grew up with dogs/cats and in 2010 we rescued a senior cat, who sadly passed away in January 2022. We're not ready for another pet yet, but we have lots of love to give and a plenty of room to host your furry friends in our home. We have years of experience looking after cats and dogs, administering medication, following dietary instructions, and of course going on walkies, playing, and giving cuddles, etc. We'll do our best to make sure your furry family member is well-cared-for in our home.

Fantastic communicating, Bobbi was very happy and well looked after.
We asked Lauren to visit our cat whilst we went away for 10 days. From start to finish Lauren has been fantastic. Daily photos and texts letting us know how the cat is doing was really reassuring and comforting knowing she was in safe hands Lauren is very professional and trustworthy. Good time keeping skills and very attentive.
As always, Lauren & Tom looked after Stanley so well. He is always so happy to go there, squealing at their door on arrival. & seemed sad to be home! Thank you so much for looking after him, he’ll look forward to his next stay soon!
Stanley had another great stay at Lauren’s. Lauren & her husband look after him so well, send updates & he was so happy when he came home. Thank you again, we’re lucky to have found you to look after Stanley when we need some help!!
