I am an RVT working at a downtown animal hospital, and have previously worked in wildlife rehabilitation. Between my personal pet experience, education, and nearly 2 years in wildlife care, I am experienced with caring for and medicating many types of animals, including cats, dogs, turtles, rodents, birds, and rabbits. Cats are my specialty! I grew up with cats, and have had three cats in my adult life, including a senior cat that required plenty of medical care, and a young disabled cat who needed special precautions to keep him safe.

You know your animal best, and I will take into account any routines, quirks, or boundaries particular to your pets and your home. Lauren took wonderful care of our cat while we were out of town for a weekend. At the time, our cat was a high maintenance requiring specialized medication every 12 hours and supervision after using the litterbox. Lauren was a fantastic caretaker making our cat feel very comfortable, maintaining his schedule perfectly and putting our mind at ease with photos and updates the entire time. We appreciated her thoughtful care and attention and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for her services.
Lauren is an exceptional pet caregiver that always goes above and beyond to take care of my cat while I'm away. She is very punctual, responsible and has exceptional patience when dealing with my cat who has a number of health issues. Lauren's calm and friendly demeanor makes her particularly great at administering my cat's medication which can otherwise be quite stressful. I always know that my cat is in the best care when I leave him with Lauren.

Schedule
I'm currently working full time, and am off three days a week (rotating days). On my work days I can still do early morning or evening pet care jobs. Check my calendar for my up-to-date availabilities! Because I work full time and my schedule changes from week to week, I’m not the best choice for a recurring dog walk.
