I work part time from home, my husband works full time from home, and we are otherwise home taking care of our toddler. We live on a quiet friendly neighborhood street, with tons of space indoors and outdoors to entertain your pet. The dogs are allowed in and out all day (supervised) and we can offer a walk a day if requested. We only care for pets from one family at a time, two dogs max if they are from the same family, so your pet(s) will get lots of attention. If you are inquiring about boarding, please include your dog's experience with small dogs and small children (under the age of 5). Please note our pick-up/drop-off window is 7am-8pm only.

I have a fenced backyard and spacious, clean cozy & home, with plenty of space to play, roam and snuggle. Our dog has access to the entire home, and yours will too unless you have specific requests/needs. My family and I love getting to know each dog's unique personality, and we will be sure to spoil them just the right amount!

Information Lauren A. would like to know about your pet
It is important for me and my family to be assured ahead of time that your dog has experience with small dogs and small children prior to a stay. My chihuahua mix is friendly, but will put larger dogs in their place with a growl/ bark if they get too feisty with her. For this reason, we do not typically watch dogs under the age of 2 years. My toddler loves dogs and has always been very gentle with them since he was very young. We require meet and greets for all new doggie friends, to ensure that everyone gets along. The meet and greet also allows for your dog to be more comfortable returning to a familiar place upon drop-off.
A typical day
We love to play tug or fetch in the backyard. We have plenty of space to play inside and outside, and are also walking distance from trails so your dog will get lots of outdoor time if that is what they love. We also spend lots of time playing and snuggling indoors, so your dog will have many options no matter the weather.

Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs & cats since I was a child, as well as various other pets including pigs! I adopted my 11 year old chihuahua mix when she was a puppy, and she's still active and healthy as a senior dog. I adore dogs and will take the best care of your fur babies, as I know how much it means to feel confident that your pet is being well cared for and loved when you’re away. Everyone in my family will give lots of time and love, to make sure your fur baby feels at home!
