When caring for your pet I will follow your routine and care for your pets as you would -giving them lots of care. As for dog walking, I have experience walking giant/ large breeds and small breeds. This also includes caring for confident and nervous/ reactive breeds. I can send you photos and regulate updates so you can check in with pets!

Information Lauren A. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if there are any special needs so I can make accommodations e.g for behaviour or medical requirements. It’s not a problem at all!

A typical day

I think mental and physical stimulation are incredibly important! We will go on fun walks with lots of smells and do mental enrichment. I will also make sure to tire out those toe beans!

Pet care experience

I am a final year vet student. I have grown up with a range of animals and have worked with a rescue and rehabilitation centre since I was 15. I am first aid trained and have completed relevant behaviour and training courses. I currently have a 4 year old German shepherd/ malamute cross called bonsai, a rescue cat called Marnie, a rescue chameleon (gaius), guinea pigs (marjory and Gladys) and a hamster (goose). I am happy to look after small animals and exotics. So please send me a message if this is something you’re interested in.

I have known Lauren for many years and in addition to her wealth of knowledge surrounding animals I've known her to be a kind, loyal and trustworthy person. She has always looked after my animals and they are always excited to see her. She always makes sure to send me regular updates and photos while I'm away so I dont worry.
