Though I did not grow up with cats and dogs in my own home, I have taken care of dogs and cats for friends for years. In recent years I have lived with multiple cats of all personality types and breeds (e.g. tabby, persian) as well as a pit mix dog. For most dogs I've sat I have walked, played with & groomed them. I have some experience administering medication, too, for cats and dogs. I am a repeat sitter because I am reliable, trustworthy in other people's homes and loving and responsible towards the furry friend. I care for the animal like they are my own and have developed an affinity for these pets over the years. :')

I like to care for pets in the owner's home, since my home is not suitable for furry friends at this time. I love to play with their toys with them, run and walk with them, but also cuddle with them and give them attention. It definitely depends on the animal, though, as they each have very distinct personalities. I trust you will tell me whether your pet needs more or less extra attention, or how you usually do things.

Laurel did such a great job with my girls! She was patient with my sensitive pup and was extremely diligent and communicative throughout my 5 day trip. I've already hired her for another trip!
Laurel was wonderful with our 2 cats! When she came to meet them for the first time I knew that they would be in great hands. She was very attentive to them and they were very comfortable with her. I could tell that they were well taken care of while we were away, and this gave me great peace of mind. Thank you so much Laurel for being so sweet with them!
Laurel is so wonderful! She kept my dog, China, company while I was away for a weekend. Her communication was very appreciated, she kept me updated with pictures of China every day! I am so happy to have found her and will definitely use her services again. Thank you Laurel!
Laurel is such a delight that we wish we could hire her full time and keep her all to ourselves! ♥️ She went beyond even the highest expectations. She’s extremely professional about the booking process and really dedicated time to understanding our pets’ needs. She was gentle, tolerant, and energetic as needed for both a wild child four year old labrador, and a geriatric cat. She even managed pilling the cat with grace and aplomb. Laurel sent us tons of pictures and updates, and was a great communicator about any questions. She was even the perfect houseguest. Laurel really may be the perfect pet sitter. ♥️ (And she’s also a terrific human being.) If you’re thinking about hiring Laurel don’t wait. She’s one of those rare and wonderful people that cares for your pets as well as you do, probably even better!
Laurel is an excellent dog sitter! She stayed with our three dogs for a week, and her communication with us was fantastic. We received daily pictures and questions to ensure that the care she gave our dogs was exactly as we requested. Laurel is a compassionate caretaker, and I highly recommend her for your pet-sitting needs!
Here is how I would describe Laurel The Absolute Best! I have a new rescue pup who has been through a lot. I’m back to going into the office, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of Winnie ( the pup ) she sent me videos and pictures throughout the day. She was even teaching Winnie how to come. I also have a cat & she showed him some loving too. She is super caring & very trust worthy.

I am returning from being on a long trip traveling around Europe and Asia. Really looking forward to being back home and finding new clients to take care of their furry family members.
