I used to work and volunteer at a small zoo and was a Vet Tech, so I have a wide variety of animal experience. I have pet sat for many friends and family recently and throughout the years and they have dogs or cats or both. I love doing it and helping out when I can. I can administer meds, am detail oriented, reliable and patient. I have owned cats and dogs my whole life and know what it takes to keep them safe and happy. 😊

I have two friendly cats at home. One loves absolutely everyone, including dogs. The other one is more skiddish and runs and hides from them.

Laurel worked with me at the Little River zoo for several years. She is tremendous with animals. Patient kind, loving and understanding. She has a knack for explaining things that are complicated about the animals, and I observed her to be a very trustworthy and loyal employee. We have great trust and confidence in Laurel when we are away. She takes great care of our 5 cats and 2 dogs every time we go vacation. She is very attentive and makes certain that they are comfortable and safe. She sends photos and updates frequently. After having boarded pets in the past, we can clearly tell that she gives them extra attention so they are less stressed when we return. You can tell that Laurel loves animals and keeps their best interest in mind.
Laurel is great with animals and they take to her instantly. Owns several pets herself so used to taking care of lots of animals at one time. Both of my pups love her and she has been very helpful when I go on work trips. Highly recommend her for all your pet needs.

Schedule
I work for myself & have flexible hours so I can easily fit taking care of pets into my daily routine. I come and go consistently and can check in on pets or walk dogs as needed throughout the day during the week and on weekends.
