Hello! My name is Laurel and I have cared for friends and their friend’s dogs for 10 years. I also had a Miniature Schnauzer Rescue and would bathe, groom, and get appropriate vet care before adopting out. I have taken care of senior dogs who were deaf and almost blind as well as puppies and dogs of all ages.

Wonderful! I had my dog there for three days of daycare while I explored the national parks and it was well worth it. By the second day Mollie was going to the door like she owned the place. She loved it and got to stay out of the heat while I explored. Local or just traveling through I’d highly recommend using Laurel and I’d use again if I’m back in the area someday!
Laurel was very kind, warm, and caring! Our dog came back happy, relaxed, and it was clear he had been very well looked after. While he was staying with Laurel, we were able to fully enjoy visiting Sequoia National Park, including the areas where dogs aren’t allowed, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Laurel, for taking such wonderful care of our fur baby and giving us complete peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter!

Schedule
I am retired and am home most of the time so I will have plenty of time to love on and play with your dog as well as giving him the proper amount of exercise.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard for your dog and my dogs to play in. They are welcome on my furniture and bed but in case there is a need I also have an extra large crate, a medium size crate and a toy size crate. I also have a large, elevated dog bed/cot. My dogs and your dog/s are part of the family and have the run of the house. I am able to follow your instructions in feeding, giving medication, brushing, bathing, and just loving them while you are away.

A typical day
I want your dogs to have fun and enjoy outdoor activities as well as indoor activities. We will play ball several times a day, walk around the neighborhood, and play with toys inside the house.
