I live in a condo on the ground floor, which means I have a backyard and can easily bring dogs outside for potty breaks or walks. The condo has three bedrooms so if I’m watching multiple pets, that gives them the opportunity for alone time if needed! I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and your pet will not go without attention or affection while they are with me!

A typical day
I’m a big outdoors person- I’m always sitting out on my porch with my cat, Oreo. I love going for walks and exploring with dogs! Usually, after a walk, everybody is worn out so we will cuddle up on the couch and relax! I ensure all of the furry friends I am caring for have cold, fresh, water available at all times since the days are so action-packed! I take special care of senior dogs as well- exercise is just as important for them. Senior dogs will typically come outside to engage in safe activity for a shorter period of time before they go inside to rest. Treats are always an important part of the day, if not the most important!

Hi! I’m Laurel! I’m a 21 year old college student with a passion for animals. I’ve been a pet owner since I was eight, and an animal lover for even longer! I fed, walked, bathed, and cleaned up after my childhood dog growing up. As I got older, I began to advertise my pet care services. In high school I frequently cared for a client’s cat while she was out of town. This consisted of stopping by to feed, play with, and practice tricks with the cat, while also maintaining cleanliness in the litter box. I have also stayed in clients’ homes while caring for their pets to avoid loneliness or a change in routine for the furry friends. This consisted of feeding, playing with, walking, and loving on the pets, as well as retrieving mail, maintaining cleanliness, and any other tasks clients may request. In many cases, these tasks have included care for other animals like turtles or geckos, which I am more than happy to do! Clients’ pets have come to stay with me, too! In these cases, I usually come pick the pet up for clients’ convenience. No matter the circumstance, both the client’s and the pet’s comfort and satisfaction is always my top priority. I have been building my own pet care business since May of 2025, and dedicate my time to ensuring pets are in capable, caring, experienced hands while owners and traveling or working.
