I work from home two days a week, and head into the office on a 9-5 schedule the other three days. On the weekends I am out and about in the neighborhood (right next to a huge park!) and available to help pups acclimate.

I have a fenced back yard outside of my row home. Unfortunately it does not have grass, but I am only a block away from a large park that also has a dog park component we can visit (with your permission). Dogs can be crated or roam free on the first floor, whatever your pup is used to!

A typical day
I am an avid walker and love to take dogs on walks and explore the park! For dogs that may not care for walks, some good sniffing time can be just as valuable. Please bring along some toys for us to use, and I have some of my own to contribute as well. Of course, nothing beats some cuddles and pets on the couch, my favorite way to spend our time together!

Pet care experience
I was recently caring for a senior dog these past two years. I loved being a dog owner and want to keep them in my life, so have decided to Rover and take care of some wonderful pups! Unfortunately due to allergies I can only care for hypoallergenic dogs that don’t shed in the home.

I can’t say enough great things about Laurel! Ralph, stayed with her recently, and it was clear he was in the best hands. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt confident he’d be safe, well cared for, and have a great time. Laurel kept me updated throughout his stay, and it was obvious Ralph was happy and comfortable. He came home tired, which is always a good sign that he was loved and well exercised. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your furry family member, I highly recommend Laurel. Ralph and I will definitely be returning!
