Hi, I’m Laurel! I grew up with animals my whole life and have always had a genuine passion for pets of all sizes and species. I’m fun, organized, responsible, and excited for the opportunity to help care for your pets while you’re away! What sets me apart is that I truly treat every pet as an individual. I understand that young, senior, and special-needs pets may require different levels of patience, attention, and care. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that means extra playtime and structure for a young pet or a slower pace and additional attention for a senior pet. Most importantly, your babies will be cared for, loved, and treated just as if they were my own. I want you to feel confident and comfortable knowing they’re in good hands while you’re away!

We had such a great experience with Laurel! She was incredibly caring, responsible, and attentive from start to finish. I never had to worry about our pets while we were away because I knew they were in great hands. Laurel sat my dog when I was in need. I was in a bind and had to leave town but couldn’t take my dog for travel reasons. I had never been without her and she had never been without me. I had heard about Laurel through a friend and I got her number and we set it up! I was nervous but a soon as I dropped my dog off with Laurel it was like they became best friends and it gave me peace of mind that my girl was in good hands with Laurel! Laurel, thank you for accommodating me and being someone that my dog loves and trusts!

Laurel has always gone above and beyond when caring for our fur babies while we are away. Buying them new toys to keep them entertained, play time for getting that energy out, sending pictures and giving them plenty of love and attention. Laurel is always our go-to!

Schedule
I currently work a full-time job, but pet care fits well into my daily routine. I’m available in the early mornings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, and some quality time before I head to work. In the evenings, I’m available for walks, playtime, dinner, and of course, plenty of snuggles and attention before bedtime. I also have much more flexibility on weekends and can dedicate additional time to your pets, whether they need longer walks, extra playtime, companionship, or just someone to keep them company. I’m organized and responsible, so I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine and make sure they receive the care and attention they’re used to. While I do have a full-time job, I’m committed to making pet care a priority and providing dependable, loving care whenever your pets need me.

When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I’m happy to follow your specific instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, bedtime routines, and anything else your pet may need. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m so looking forward to getting to know your pets, giving them plenty of love and attention, and helping you have peace of mind while you’re working, traveling, or simply away from home. Your pets’ happiness and well-being are my priority! 🐾❤️
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, entertained, and active! Depending on their age, personality, and energy level, we can enjoy walks, playtime, fetch, tug-of-war, exploring outside, and plenty of cuddle time. For pets who prefer a slower pace, I’m just as happy to spend time relaxing with them, giving them attention, belly rubs, or simply keeping them company. I also love giving pets one-on-one attention and finding out what makes them happiest. Whether your pet is full of energy and ready to play or would rather curl up beside me for a cozy afternoon, I’ll make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and enrichment while you’re away! 🐾❤️

- Before caring for your pets, I’d love to know anything that will help me make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. This includes their daily routine, feeding schedule, personality, likes and dislikes, exercise needs, medications, allergies, and any behaviors or triggers I should be aware of. I’d also like to know how they typically interact with new people, other animals, and their environment. If there are any special instructions or things that make your pet feel more at ease, I’m happy to follow them! The more I know about your pets ahead of time, the better I can care for them and keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. 🐾❤️
