Stay At Home Dog Mom!
I've raised my golden retriever since she was a puppy along the way I have gained a few skills in doing so, that includes: Dog handling and training skills Basic Obedience Positive Reinforcement Techniques Reward Systems Operant Conditioning Training Techniques Handling Dogs With Clicker Training Voice Commands Maintains High Expectations Ability to Recognize Behavioural Signals Persuasiveness Handle Stressful Situations Well I also currently work for WAG! walking and boarding dogs for the last 6 years. I also had my own dog walking/boarding business back in California that lasted 3 years until I moved to Washington. I've also fostered dogs as a way of getting involved, and seeing what it would be like to have a second pup!

Laura asked all the right questions which insured me that she was conscientious about my dog’s care. She sent informative updates that were reflective of pepper’s daily schedule. Laura responded to my questions, a timely manner answering all of them as I navigated using Rover for the first time. When I picked up my dog, she thought twice about leaving and was ready to adopt Laura’s home as her own!
Laura was so good with Ollie! She’s very easy going and we can tell she has lots of experience with all types of dogs. Ollie is high energy and a little anxious but she made him feel right at home and he had a blast playing with her sweet dog Willow. She had a nice fenced in yard area and took him on multiple walks. Would definitely leave our pup with her again anytime!

Laura was great with my high energy pup, and was very communicative both before and during his boarding. I would absolutely use Laura again and recommend her to others. She also worked me with around my own scheduling issues and was very cooperative when I couldn’t make it back for pickup at the originally scheduled time.
Loved how flexible and caring she was with our Little Bear. Would love to do it again. It was a great first experience with Rover!
Laura was communicative and reliable in preparation and during our pup’s care. Felt she went above and beyond to ensure our dog was happy and well cared for, from pickup/drop off offerings to navigating our holiday travel/availability. Would recommend her!

Schedule
I’m Currently a stay at home mom with a 3 year old son, and a 10 year old Golden retriever. Hoping to incorporate boarding dogs on weekends and holidays!

Just like with my dog I will provide loving care and adventurous exercise. I'm punctual and always thorough with the care I provide to others pets. I have a golden retriever that would love to meet your pup if thats what you choose!

A typical day
We love outdoor activities, rain or shine! Including hiking, trail walks, exploring new environments! An hour or more play outside in the morning, and again in the evening. Then a wine down with lots of snuggles on the couch.
