Former golden retriever mommy, and have spent time dog sitting and dog boarding for my friends over the last few years while living in San Francisco. I am also a certified dog walker and dog sitter on Wag! and I have fostered pups that were rescued from the China meat trade and brought here, to give them a temporary home before their forever homes. Whatever you need me for – from dog walking to dog boarding – I'm ready to serve that responsibility. I absolutely love dogs, and know that when I'm taking care of one, I will always take care of their needs first. We have a large park right by our apartment, and all of our furniture is fair game! I'm a caring, reliable, and compassionate person, and I will definitely treat your dog like my own. If there's anything in particular I can do the increase that trust level, please let me know!

Laura is a dream! She is a kind, detail oriented, thoughtful caretaker. I left Cricket with Laura for over a week while I went on a trip and knowing she was in charge took a huge weight off my shoulders. Cricket is a nervous dog and Laura totally navigated that with ease. She was communicative, patient, and delightful!
Amazing sitter! Never had any doubts while gone that my baby was in great hands. Will definitely use again.

I’m currently working from home, so will have plenty of time to play with your pup, take them outside, and give them pets and cuddles.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment building, so there’s no risk of your pup running off. It’s a comfortable environment overall. If you would like to bring your pup’s crate, I can put that in my home.
A typical day
We’ll go out for plenty of walks everyday and hit up a dog park (if that’s your pup’s type of place to be!). We can walk by the Embarcadero so there are plenty of sounds, smells, and sights to see. At home, we can practice tricks, play fetch/tug of war, and just snuggle up on the couch too!

- Let me know if your pup has any special needs and if there’s anything specific I should look out for, like whether they are food-driven, they like to eat things around the house, they get scared of other dogs on walks, they pull the leash during walks, etc. Just as a disclaimer - I am not taking any dogs that bark (even if you have a muzzle!) or overly energetic dogs, just because of my apartment living situation.
