Hi, my name is Laura. I am a full-time government contractor and a yoga instructor on the side. My work schedule offers flexibility, and I value reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail — all of which I bring into the care of your home and your pets. I grew up with both cats and dogs and have cared for them throughout all stages of life, from early years through senior care. I have experience with high-energy dogs as well as pets who need a slower, more attentive approach. At this time, I’m not able to welcome a new pet into my own home, but I genuinely enjoy caring for animals in their familiar environment while their humans are away. I treat every visit with intention, patience, and respect — for both your pet and your space. I offer in-home care, including: • Dog walking and drop-in visits • Feeding, playtime, and companionship • Medication administration when needed • Plant care and home check-ins (watering plants, collecting mail/packages, opening blinds, and general wellness checks) Whether it’s caring for your pet, your plants, or your home while you’re traveling, I aim to provide peace of mind through thoughtful, consistent care and photo updates.

Laura has been taking care of my cat and my dog for a few years now, and she has always done a great job. She is very patient with my very stubborn dog and makes sure he is taken care for. My pets are happy to have Laura when we are gone.
I have known Laura for more then 8 years. When I met her she had two cats and she seemed to be a very loving cat owner. I had a Bishon Poo very active little puppy and I asked Laura to take care of my dog few times. She did great and my baby was feeling loved and cared for. Other friends have asked Laura to petsit their bigger breed dogs and she had never any problems with doing so.

Schedule
I’m primarily available for pet care and home check-ins from Thursday through Monday. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays my availability is more limited due to evening yoga classes, but I can still accommodate select visits with advance notice.
