Dog-lovers with a friendly double doodle
Grew up with two large dogs & often walked the neighbours dogs too, as well as our families smaller dogs like Yorkshire terriers & Schnauzers :) Once my husband Steve and I bought our home with a big enough garden we finally got our own dog Lola (she’s currently 2yrs), she’s a double doodle (half goldendoodle & half labradoodle) and brings so much love to our family! She loves to play with other dogs, so we thought expanding her social life with having other dog's come to visit would be a lot of fun for her :) We’re blessed to live near a forest with many different walk options, Lola needs to be walked once a day, and we love an excuse to get out the house & into nature.

I honestly cannot recommend Laura, Steve and their lovely dog Lola highly enough. Leaving Cash overnight is never something I take lightly. He’s a sensitive little boy who needs a bit of extra love, reassurance and patience, so finding someone I could truly trust was incredibly important to me. From the moment I met Laura and Steve, they made both of us feel completely at ease. Cash was welcomed into their home as if he were one of their own, and it was so obvious when I collected him that he had been genuinely cared for, loved and looked after so well. The kindness, patience and affection they showed him meant more to me than I can put into words. Knowing he was in such safe and caring hands allowed me to relax and enjoy my day without worrying, and that was such a priceless gift. As any dog owner knows, having complete peace of mind when you’re away from your dog is everything. Cash can occasionally be a little monkey and, like many dogs, can take a little while to settle somewhere new, but Laura and Steve were so understanding and never made me feel like he was anything other than welcome. Their warmth, compassion and genuine love for animals really shine through. Thank you both, and of course beautiful Lola, for taking such wonderful care of my boy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like family. We will definitely be back, and I know Cash is already looking forward to seeing you all again.
Dylan’s 3rd stay with Laura. He had such a great time with his bestie Lola! Laura is so caring and obviously loves dogs, Dylan came home very happy but a little sad to be leaving his beloved Lola, Laura and Steve behind. Thank you Laura for looking after Dylan Dog so well, he’s missing Lola….
Dylan’s second stay with Lola, Laura and Steve. He had just the best time and was very weary when he came home. Laura was most welcoming and thorough, checking she had all the information she might need for Dylan’s stay. Lola and Dylan disappeared in to the garden very happily so we knew he was going to be fine. Whilst we were away Laura sent us photos, videos, and updates - not too many and not too few - so we didn’t have to worry about him at all. Thank you Laura for having Dylan - he has missed Lola since he came home and is looking forward to his next stay with you all……
Great communication throughout and no doubt our young dog was being well cared for. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.
This is the second time Bramble has stayed with Laura, Steve and Lola. He was fantastically looked after and with excellent communication we could see he was having a great time playing with Lola and going on long walks in the woods. Can’t recommend Laura and Steve highly enough. We can travel happily knowing Bramble is having his very own holiday.
Laura was so lovely and made my dog feel at home. She kept us up-to date with how he was getting on. 100% recommend Laura

Schedule
I work mostly from home - & available for pets to be picked up / dropped off from 13:30pm on most weekdays usually! (But can be flexi around this depending on the day*)

I have a large open lawn that’s fenced, as well as my own fur baby Lola that can keep doggy company too :) Lola is very friendly Double Doodle who loves to play! (She’s 2 years)
