Hi there! My name is Laura; it is nice to e-meet you. I would love to be your trusted and passionate pet sitter I have had a strong love for animals for as long as I can remember. Despite not growing up with or currently owning any due to my family’s allergies, I have always felt a strong connection to animals. Luckily, many of my friends have pets that I graciously look forward to being around; in fact, when I am visiting someone who has a pet, I have to be mindful not to get carried away and inadvertently provide them with more of my attention (whoops!). I have pet-sat for various friends and loved ones over the past 6 years, and I have experience with various breeds and sizes of dogs, cats, reptiles, and more! Whilst pet-sitting is an immense joy, it is also a privilege and a major responsibility that I strive to take seriously. I am responsible, attentive to detail, and communicative, and strive to ensure that I provide you and your furry friend with high-quality care. NOTE: I currently work in mental health in a private practice setting; whilst my schedule is very flexible, I don't work set hours, so please message me in advance so I can confirm whether I am available. :) If you have any questions/ concerns, or think I may be the right fit for you, don’t hesitate to reach out. I am highly respectful of boundaries; I understand that I am a new human that your furry friend is adjusting to, and that every animal is different. You are the expert of your pet; I am simply there to learn about them and what I need to do to ensure their comfort and yours.

Laura is great! She is communicative, responsible and very nice. My first time leaving my pup with Laura and I wasn’t worried at all. Will definitely use her again in the future!
Laura was fantastic with our pets and went above and beyond for us. She was super accommodating with our last minute request, was very thorough with questions and even took a gallery of great photos! We will be reaching out again!!
I think Laura is the perfect person to have care for your furry family members when you're not around. She cares deeply for animals, jumps at any opportunity to be around them and caring for them brings her joy. She's mindful of their safety, comfort and mood when interacting with them. She's a very trustworthy person who cares strongly about doing what's right so you can feel safe with having her in your home. You can rest easy knowing she will go above and beyond any expectations to provide top of the line service for you and your pets.
She was absolutely phenomenal with my two cats! We had her look after our pets while we went away for a few days, and they were fed on time and properly taken care of. One of our cats is a little more on the scared end but she opened up to Laura right away. She was very professional and responsible. Would recommend her in an instant!

Schedule
I love to go on walks and become immersed in nature, and I'd love to take your furry friend along with me for the journey! Additionally, because I work from home or conduct my work virtually many days, my schedule is highly flexible.

I always love to know animal's quirks or special interests; anything about their personality, really!
