I have taken care of close friends and families pets for years and I have decided to expand and see if anyone else needs care for their animals! I have plenty of experience working with animals. I started out as a farm aid at Turtleback zoo a couple years ago and left to go work with marine mammals in Florida. When I came back to NJ I went to Cape May and worked as a full time seasonal animal keeper. After my 6 months were up I went back to Turtleback zoo as a Relief Keeper. I left the zoo field December 2021 and started working part time at a local vet clinic where I work with all size dogs and cats. I know how to give medications also if your dog or cat have any special needs! I currently work full time, first shift for a laboratory. I also work part time at a vets office but when I am dog sitting I do not just do that your pets have more of my attention and are my priority. If I were to stay at your house I can walk your dog around your neighborhood or take them on local hiking trails! Whatever works best! I am here to care for your animals just as I would my own. My dogs Cooper and Ginger are very spoiled and I can guarantee yours will be also!

Laura did an excellent job caring for our high energy pointers. She was prompt, responsive, clean and considerate. Sent frequent pics during our house sit and left the house and dogs in great shape. We will definitely hire her again!
Laura has wathced our pets for many years. 4 dogs, 6 cats and 1 bird. 2 of our 4 dogs were special needs. Laura was always kind and compasionate, she has a way about her with our animals that truly made us feel at ease. We never had to worry about Laura not showing, she was always on time (which was very important w/2 of our dogs) and sent a text to let us know all was good on the home front.
We have been using Laura to care for our two dogs for the past three years. Laura is communicative, punctual, and GREAT with our dogs. We love that she is able to care for them in our home. When we return from our trips we can tell that our dogs are happy and healthy, and have obviously been well cared for. A bonus about Laura is that she texts us updates and pictures regularly.
Laura loves animals and is amazing with both dogs & cats! She has a true passion to work with animals daily, and would be great to watch your companions.

I have two mini dachshunds that are friendly and love to walk/hike! If your dog is friendly and adventurous I would bring them along for the fun!

I love to walk dogs whether it is in your neighborhood or if your okay with me taking them on hikes! They will have a blast getting to smell new areas and explore!

- Let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs. I can give medications orally or an injection if they need that. If they need help walking to go outside I can help with that as well. If they are good with other dogs that would be good to know as well so I can take them for long walks or hikes with my little dog.
