Professional and reliable
Over the last 3 years I have done over 26 mid-term house/pet sitting jobs through THS (Trusted House Sitters), looking after up to 4 dogs and cats at a time. These have included dogs ranging from 10lbs to 190lbs. I am familiar with young, high energy dogs that require more walks and playtime. I am also familiar with more shy and skittish dogs and cats, and know how to comfort and care for them. If there are any special requirements such as medication or visits to the vet, I can take care of that. Older, less mobile pets are not a problem for me - our former family dog Ruby required a lot of special assistance to move around in her last few years, so I have learnt a lot about what to do and look out for. I have stayed in many different homes over the years, and have been an Airbnb SuperHost with over 100 glowing Airbnb reviews!

I feed them, top up their water, go out to the parks for a nice walk with them (dogs), and/or we play and cuddle inside.

I've known Laura for many years and she is a close friend. Whilst she was still living in Australia, she looked after my cat Polly on the many occasions I had to take a quick trip for work or treated myself to a weekend away. I always have complete peace of mind! I have also joined Laura on a few house sits in Canada, where we looked after a handful of dogs and cats together, and it was always a fantastic experience. She is very professional, experienced and confident in caring for dogs and cats. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time from home and have a relatively flexible schedule. I don't currently have any pets of my own and I miss penguin time with my furry friends, so looking after your pets for you is the perfect side-hustle for me that I can comfortably accommodate for in my schedule.
