Information Laura S. would like to know about your pet
I do not have any dogs of my own, but it is important to know how your pets do with other pups! I have experience with dog-selective and aggressive behaviors, but I want to make sure everyone is safe and we’ll keep our distance if needed. I think it’s also important to stick to a pups routine as much as possible and to get in the groove of their routine while their people are away!
A typical day
My typical day starts with a walk around the neighborhood, and I love to have some canine company! After our morning walk we come back and eat some breakfast and have a little play time if they're up for it. Once I start working the house gets pretty quiet, but I have a variety of puzzles and toys to keep pups busy during the day. After work I love taking dogs to walk around the park, and if they've been on their best behavior I've been known to treat them to a pup cup:) After dinner I have more time to walk, play, or cuddle on the couch. Once bed time rolls around I bring the pup to their own room with pillows, blankies, and plushie toys.

My specialty? Senior pups!
Pet care experience
I am proud to say that I have fostered over 20 stray dogs over the past few years! I have experience with dogs of all temperaments and I do my best to cater to every dog's individual needs. I’ve helped dogs of every breed, age, and size to find their furever homes, but there is a special place in my heart for senior pups. I am happy to administer meds, care for special needs, and provide and quiet and relaxing vacation for your pets. I also have experience with Trusted Housesitters and I’ve additionally cared for cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, fish, lizards, and my own pet tarantula.
Reviews

Laura took great care of Brody while we were away and highly recommend her!

Laura is an awesome dog sitter! She stayed in our house with our anxious dog two times now for multiple days and we’ve come back to a very happy dog each time! She keeps in touch and sends us pictures which we appreciate very much! I highly recommend!

Laura did a fantastic job watching my dog while I was a way for a long weekend. She kept me updated and was very attentive to my dog’s needs. I definitely plan to have her dog sit again in the future.

Laura house sat our dog for four nights and did a great job. She was easy to communicate with. We came home to a happy dog. She was also very respectful of our home.
