Laura’s Home from Home Pet Sitting Services
I’ve enjoyed and continue to enjoy looking after animals. I’ve been around animals for over 20 years looking after dogs, cats, chickens, sheep, goats, hamsters etc. My main love is looking after dogs, I enjoy the outdoors and spending as much time as I can walking and exploring the local area in my spare time. I look after a lot of my friends dogs who have mentioned that I should do this professionally.. so here I am!

Laura is an exceptional dog sitter - she provided excellent daily updates and gave Monty the best holiday ever! Hugely grateful to her and her family for loving him so beautifully while we were away.
Laura looked after Enzo for a week, whilst we were away, he was looked after so well, and we were kept updated with numerous photos each day. We would definitely look to use her services again in the future, I know Enzo enjoyed his time there. Thank you so much Chris Claire Sam and Enzo

I love using Laura’s home from home pet sitting services. I received daily photo updates of all of the outside adventures my springer spaniel went on and he is on a straight food diet which Laura followed exactly. I’ve used Laura a couple of times now and my boy is always happy to see her again, which is always reassuring!

I do hybrid working so I can work my hours to suit my needs and therefore I can work my hours to suit your dogs needs as every dog can be different.

What do I have to offer: I’m lucky enough to live in the country side with plenty of local walking trails to take advantage of. I have large private fields, fenced and unfenced to suit your dogs needs along with a local lake within a short walk for those dogs that like to take a little swim! I go running most mornings (slow and steady) and happy to take a more energetic dog with me. I have an old jack russell who gets on well with other dogs, she enjoys her daily walks and then enjoys a good nap. We have a loving family environment and treat our pets, and any pets we care for as part of the family and always like to keep the dogs with us so we always go to dog friendly parks, pubs, cafe etc.

A typical day
We always take our dog on walks 2 to 3 times a day as we prefer to be outside rather than in. Your dogs will be considered part of the family and will be taken with us to enjoy the outdoors. We have plenty of dog toys as we believe mental stimulation is just as important as physical.
