My husband and I have rescued dogs for over 30 years. We currently have a recent senior rescue as well as a 3-year-old pittie rescue.

I live on 38 acres in the River Ridge Ranch area of Huerfano county. We have a doggie door in our house that allows dogs to come and go as needed. We also walk our dogs daily to keep them active and healthy.

Laura took exceptional care of my 14 year old companion Daisy, who has congestive heart failure. We haven ‘t been apart very often in the past several years, but I knew I could trust Laura with her care. Laura provided the love and attention Daisy needed to thrive while I was away. She also kept me updated with pics and reports. I highly recommend Laura and her household as your pet’s “ home away from home” when needed! Thanks Laura!!
My husband and I became dog owners when our husky was abandoned on our ranch. We searched for a place for her to stay when we had things going on not allowing us to take her. She is a puppy and it is like leaving your child for the first time!!! Laura was absolutely WONDERFUL, so understanding of my worries, responded to me constantly before our dog actually stayed with her! She took time with her and her puppy excitement and our dog was very well taken care of and pampered. I would highly recommend Laura! Again, she had to deal with our worries AND provide great care to our Freyja!! We will be back!

Laura and Kevin were great with our dogs. They walked them every day and even hand fed Rosie the she was reluctant to eat. Sam and Rosie had a great time playing with their two dogs as well. I would highly recommend Laura as a sitter/boarder.

I currently work part time as a freelance Accountant from my home. I have a flexible schedule that allows me the time to travel to your house when needed.
