I’ve had dogs my whole life and have had my own dogs for 12+ years, so I’m very comfortable with all of the everyday realities of taking care of dogs. I love getting outside and going for walks, and I’m happy to match the pace and energy level of each dog. I’m also comfortable with senior dogs and giving them the extra patience and attention they may need. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own and make sure they’re happy, safe, and well cared for.

When I’m caring for a dog in their home, I try to keep things as close to their normal routine as possible. I’ll follow your instructions for walks, feeding, treats, and anything else your dog needs, and I’m happy to give them some extra attention and playtime along the way. I’ll also make sure they’re comfortable and that everything is tidy and secure before I leave.

Laura has been caring for my German Shepherds for the past 10 years, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. My dogs absolutely love her and get genuinely excited every time she comes to pick them up, which says everything about the trust and bond she's built with them over the years. One of my favorite memories is watching my dogs completely ignore me when Laura arrived. I had treats, toys, and was trying to get their attention, but as soon as they saw Laura pull up, they were at the door acting like they had just been reunited with their long-lost best friend. It was equal parts hilarious and humbling. At that moment, I realized I might just be the guy who pays the bills while Laura is the real VIP. Laura goes above and beyond to make sure they're well cared for. She keeps them active with daily hikes, makes sure they're fed on schedule, and is always diligent about administering any medications they need. I never have to worry when they're with her because I know they're getting the same level of attention, exercise, and care that they receive at home. It's hard to find someone who is both dependable and truly loves animals, but Laura is exactly that. Any pet owner would be lucky to have her care for their furry family members. My dogs would probably give her six stars if Rover allowed it.

Schedule
My schedule is pretty flexible, so I’m able to accommodate walks at different times throughout the day. I’m happy to work with your dog’s usual schedule and make sure they get the exercise and attention they need.
