Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally. I believe every pet deserves kindness, patience, and exceptional care, and I love giving owners peace of mind while they’re away. With more than 20 years of professional pet-sitting experience, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, personalities, and medical needs, including senior pets and those requiring medication. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s unique routine. I like to begin with a meet-and-greet so we can get to know each other, discuss your dog’s needs, and make sure we’re a great fit. Since no one knows your pet better than you do, I take the time to learn their personality, preferences, and daily routine. Communication is one of my top priorities. Throughout each stay, I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for.

How I care for pets in a client’s home depends on the specific service requested, but the goal is always to follow the pet’s normal routine and keep them safe, comfortable, and happy. This typically includes feeding them according to the owner’s instructions, providing fresh water, and giving any required medications. I also make sure pets get appropriate exercise, playtime, and companionship based on their needs and energy level. In addition, I keep the home tidy, monitor the pet’s behavior for any signs of stress or illness, and follow all care instructions provided by the client to ensure consistency and peace of mind while they are away.

Laura was awesome! I got a picture everyday. Eli has been really chilled since he has been back home, which usually means he was busy while away! That’s a good thing ?. I highly recommend her boarding services. My fur baby came home happy!

Laura gave excellent care to our dog and provided text updates to us letting us know how our dog was doing which put us at ease while we were away.
Laura took great care of our Silas. He seemed quite happy when we picked him up. She sent pictures throughout his stay and kept me informed on how he was doing. Highly recommended!
Annie spent 2 daycare days with Laura for adjustment purposes, which worked fine. Then I went away for 3 days, 2 nights and that also worked well. Annie is a rescue so I wanted a quiet home with no large dogs. As Laura has no dogs her comfortable home was perfect. Laura is attentive, is good with walks, and uses her creativity to get Annie to eat, which has been a problem with other sitters. I highly recommend Laura. I was totally happy with her.

Schedule
Pet care is an important part of my weekly routine. I work part-time at the hospital as a photographer on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with shifts that typically begin at 9:00 a.m. and end in the afternoon. On Tuesdays and Fridays, I care for my granddaughter during the day. Outside of those commitments, I schedule pet care around my availability to ensure every pet receives the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to, so your pet’s care is never compromised.
