Let me love on your furry friends! I've grown up with dogs all of my life and am frequently dog sitting for my family/friends. I enjoy taking them on walks, giving them treats and making sure they feel loved. My home is a safe place with a large fenced in backyard for them to run around. I also have a stroller if your pet is elderly but would like to get out for some fresh air. I am happy to take photos/videos so you can see how well taken care your dogs are. There is also a dog park down the street if your furry friend has extra energy it needs to get out. I will tailor your dogs visit to meet their needs.

I have known Laura both professionally and personally for more than 17 years, and she has been my trusted pet sitter for well over a decade. Over the years, Laura has cared for my pets countless times, including during extended vacations, overnight stays in my home, and drop-in visits whenever needed. I trust her completely. She is dependable, responsible, respectful, and a person of very high character. I have always felt completely comfortable knowing that both my home and my animals were safe and lovingly cared for while in her hands. Laura also has experience with a wide variety of animals and personalities. Over the years, she has cared for four of our large dogs ranging from approximately 50–80 pounds, our tuxedo cat who could be quite temperamental and was known to bite, five chickens, and even a bearded dragon. One of the things that means the most to me is how wonderful she is with my older dog, who is skittish and does not take to many people. She absolutely loves Laura, which says a great deal. Laura truly has all the qualities I would want in a pet sitter. She is physically capable of handling dogs of all sizes, punctual, organized, tidy, respectful of your home, responsive, kind, and genuinely loving toward animals. She also sends photos and updates, which is incredibly reassuring when you are away from your pets. I would recommend Laura without hesitation to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets and their home. Your fur babies will be in caring, capable hands with her.

Schedule
I work full-time but am close enough to work that I can come home on my lunch break for a potty break. I am home on the weekends and evenings.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced in yard for your pup to run around and a 12 year old mini dachshund of my own. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, as I want them to feel comfortable and at home. Feel free to bring your own dog beds, blankets, and toys.

I have a great neighborhood with sidewalks for going on walks, a large fenced in backyard yard, and a dog park just down the street.
