Hello! My name is Laura, and I'm a medical student in the preclinical phase (AKA I have a flexible schedule) who would like to meet more cats and dogs in the area. I am from a very small town in Vermont, where I grew up with various types of animals. I have always loved animals of all kinds, but especially cats and dogs. In middle school, I began to pet-sit cats, dogs, rodents, and horses for my neighbors and their friends. In High School, I started house-sitting to give animals better and longer-term care. I am very active and would love to take your dogs on walks all around the CWE and beyond.

I do not have a yard so your home might be the better fit. That said, if you have a preference for your dog to spend time at my home that’s perfectly fine!

Laura did a great job taking care of Mabel while we were gone on a trip. Mabel is high energy and she seemed to love having Laura around. She was responsive, sent great pics, and reassured us with timely updates. Will definitely want to hire Laura again!
Second time having Laura stay in our home with our three cats. They all love her (even our shy one). Our house was clean and back the way it was upon our return. We will be using her again 💕

Laura stayed at our house for a few days while we were on vacation. We received many photos! One of our cats is quite shy but warmed up to Laura really quickly. I loved having someone who clearly cared for our kitties ☺️

Schedule
I work remotely so I have flexibility to fit your schedule. I am an early riser and start work around 7 and finish around 3. If you’re nearby I can do bathroom/walk breaks during the day. Or, I’m willing to work from your apartment to give your pet more time and attention!
