I've taken care of many different animals throughout my life, from farm animals, to reptiles, to dogs and cats. To say I love them is an understatement. I work from home, so your dog will get the love and attention they require throughout their stay. I'm very active, so longer dog walks are welcome! Your dog will be joined by my 8-year old fur baby, Nylo - a very playful and well-trained, Australian Shepherd! I have 12 years of experience, on and off during different periods of my life, sitting and caring for other peoples' pets. I just joined Rover to extend my services as I am currently working from home and would love to start helping people with their pets again. As much as I love all animals, I do require that your fur baby be trained with the basics, "sit, stay, leave it, etc" and capable of getting along with other dogs. The only exception are puppies under one year old, in which I am happy to help train them while they're under my care! I am familiar with subcutaneous injections between the shoulder blades and other types of high-need requirements, including special needs dogs. It is important to note that I have stairs in my house, so if your dog has difficulty walking or arthritic issues, I may not be a great fit for them unless they are open to being carried! If you require in-home drop by visits or walks, please note that these hours are limited due to working from home and having odd hours throughout the week.
